Just click the free Cubase download button at the top left of the page.
It's about making your music the only thing that matters.
I have used 32bit cubase on my new computer with W7 and had crashing issues, may have just been a bug in the upgrade of the cubase site, not bridging issues, when I upgraded to 64bit cubase and was running 32bit vst, then I had bridging crashes! I had a lot of issues with x64 when I was using C6.
Expansions for VST Instruments. Sound and performance Thanks!
The free Cubase download for PC works on most current Windows operating systems. Most likely, some plugins are causing the crash. I have 8 Giga of ram, and when I use samplers I exceed 2gig on my C5 32 bit. Originally Posted by The dman.

Moving to 64 bit in Cubase I am confident you should be fine. Also, I don't know about Cubase 5, but you can still run Cubase 8. Remove this ad forever by registering!

I'm in the camp as it ain't broke so why fix it. Not sound in anyway? If your running W7 64bit it's prob best to run everything 64 because you will have crash dramas!
